These workshops are open to anyone who's life has been affected by cancer, whether through their own diagnosis or a loved ones, and for anyone seeking knowledge about self-care and healthy living. About one-third of cancers are associated with diet. There is also a significant role of food in its ability to fight cancer once it has developed. Therefore, good nutrition is pivotal both for cancer prevention, and for before, during and after treatment.

These hour-long webinar/teleclass workshops offer an array of topics that include the practicalities of implementing healthy food choices into your daily life, as well as nutrition essentials and inspiration. All sessions will be recorded and available on-line after each class and are open to anyone affected by cancer as well as anyone interested in healthy living and nutrition. You may sign up for just one workshop, or all of them, via the registration form. However, because space is limited, please do notify us if you will not be able to participate in any of the workshops you have registered for, so that we can open up that space to someone else who would like to register.

HELPFUL HINT:  If you are registering for multiple workshops, you do not need to fill out the contact info etc. for every ticket -  just fill in the required info for the first workshop you register for, then check the box at the top of any additional ticket section that says "Copy Data from" and that will auto fill each of the workshop ticket registrations.
